Christmas Tour in Rome with Angel Tours

Christmas in Rome is beautiful and we should make the most of it. On December 25 when the big sights are closed we have created a tour to reveal the spirit of Christmas in Rome. The tour is cleverly set up giving you info which weaves into the information you would have heard on the Vatican or Colosseum tours with us or others. So in many ways it's a perfect fit.

Christmas Day Tour

Let's start at the Christmas tree in the centre of Piazza Venezia, visiting the imediate super interesting history of that whole area, then move over one of Rome's hills to the Jewish Ghetto looking at its sad history and the beauty of that community in Rome today. A while later we will pass through some wonderful Roman squares of importance towards the cat sanctuary stopping of at the Pantheon to take a break. After your fill of Pantheon and Hadrian stories we will wander around Piazza Navona and its Christmas market and onto Castle Sant Angelo where I will fill you with information about the Secret Illuminati and the Angels and Demons tale. The walk up to St. Peter's Square is beautiful but we will end the tour in St. Peter's Square which is one of my favourites, here I will reveal more about Angels and Demons and some of the most interesting facts of the secrets of the Square and St. Peter's Basilica. This tour is big, it's a real Roman walk which I would bring family and friends on to show them the city as I know it. The tour gets into the bones of Christian and Pagan Rome in all its glory and uglyness. I enjoy watching your expressions as I help you to understand what it means to have lived in Ancient Rome and even to live here today.
