Didn't like your tour?
We do our best, but sometimes it happens. Why? You might just not enjoy our style. Leaders who convene every week to discuss their tour experiences. They appreciate your feedback. Most of it is good, and boosts their confidence. But they are willing to hear anything you have to say, good or bad. We are always looking to improve ourselves at Angel Tours Rome.
If you don't like your tour for any reason, please do call us while you are still in Rome. You will get a refund if you contact us within 24 hours of your tour to tell us that you were not happy with our service. By this, we mean a full 100% refund without any argument.
If you call us without delay, within 24 hours, and while you are still in Rome, we can refund your money immediately. We can also talk to you walk leaders to identify and solve the problem. This also means that similar problems will not happen in the future.
Please, please, please DO NOT TIP if you do not like your walk leader; you are in no way obliged to do so. It only gives us false confidence. Tipping let's us know things are going well, and telling us who is the best in our team.
If you call us to say something went wrong, we will offer you a free tour of some other sight and your money back. So don't be shy, call us immediately. Otherwise e-mail us as soon as possible, because we need to know (even if you are just difficult to please, mad or even an Irish drunk like the boss, Sean T).
